Their "good lads who graft" personality and people-first philosophy weren't coming through online. With most business driven via LinkedIn, the website needed to validate their credibility when prospects researched them – but the existing site was, in their words, "worse than basic."

Implemented easy-to-manage job board via Wix CMS so the team can add, edit, and remove roles without external help. Created clear service positioning across their four specialisms (Tech, Sales & GTM, Engineering, Electrical & Lighting) with dedicated pages and client testimonial integration.
