2. Send Your Requests

 

Once your hours are in place, you can submit support requests — whether it's fixing a bug, updating content, or adding a new feature.

3. Track Time and Usage

 

We’ll log time spent on each task and keep you updated in a monthly basis so you always know where things stand.
