Wix, like all software platforms, occasionally releases updates that can affect website functionality or appearance. While this is rare, it can happen. We're not responsible for issues caused by platform updates, but if something does go wrong, we'll do our best to help. Remedial work may be billable depending on the circumstances. Wix websites are built on Wix's proprietary platform, which means they can't be directly exported to another platform like WordPress or Squarespace. However, you retain full ownership of your content, images, and brand assets, which can be used to rebuild on another platform if needed. That said, most of our clients stay with Wix because it serves their needs well.

Yes. Wix charges a separate subscription for hosting your website (their Premium Plans). We'll advise you on which plan is right for your needs, but this is a direct cost between you and Wix. Think of it like rent for your website's home on the internet.
